No. 3
Just look up at the sky. That's enough.
When you've been looking down for too long, look up on purpose. The sky has been waiting.
Phone screens. Documents. The pavement. You spend most of the day looking down, and your neck, and your mood, get heavy along with it.
Today, just once, look up. Cloudy is fine. Rainy is fine. Just notice that big open space directly above your head. Your field of vision physically widens, and somehow your mind opens up a little too.
The sky is a different color every day. The exact shade you're under right now exists only today. It feels almost wasteful to miss it. Take one minute. Look up.
Try this today
- Step outside and look up at the sky for one full minute
- Describe today's sky in a single word
- Tilt your head back, breathe in deep, three times
