Go out early. The dew is only there for a while.
White dew is when dew is said to start forming on the grass. Mornings get a little cooler.
dew shines on the tips of the grass, gone before I finish my coffee
Today is Hakuro, white dew. In the traditional calendar it is when the nights cool enough for dew to form on grass and leaves.
Dew sparkles at the tips of the grass in the morning and is gone by midday. Plenty of it disappears without anyone ever seeing it. It still shows up, every morning, without fail.
Today's luck is like that: small, and gone if you wait too long. Step outside in the morning, take a breath of the cooler air, and take a light layer with you.
Try this today
- Step outside for a minute in the morning
- Look closely at one blade of grass or leaf
- Carry a light layer with you
